From Penglipurlara to Storyteller, it is inside us
Do you think storytelling is only meant for filmmakers? Well, think again. Even if you need to bluff your boss or your teacher, you still need to come up with something solid and convincing.......
Ok, that sounds a bit wrong but you get the drift.
Whether in school, office or even among friends and families, you know there are people who can easily suck you in and draw your attention to their stories and presentations. Well, this is an acquired skill and where best to learn from if not from the movie makers themselves?
So, for Jan and as the start of our first event for the year 2018, SW is proud to present Yasu and Bea Tanaka who will reveal these tricks. To top it all, we managed to get hold of Hassan Muthalib, who is the mentor for Yasu Tanaka, and together, the team of speakers will open the door and show us how to be a good visual storyteller; how to bring your ideas across, how to convince people your ideas and arguments; which is essential in today's highly mobile environment.
People nowadays are demanding to see videos and not just still images anymore on FB. Shall we say more?
