Sharpened Word - July 2018

We have seen drama, we have seen action in June. So, for July, it is time for some visual wonders.

As our continued efforts to introduce local talents within the state of Perak, SW is now proud to bring three Perak-based fine art and visual artists for our July's discourse：

The Master - Husin Hourmain

The Mover - Kok Hwa Kean

The Teacher - Jayanthy Nalaiya@Jay

Themed : "The Life of Fine Arts Artists in Perak", the guests will share their life, their work and their creations during the session. There will be a mini exhibition of sorts where we have asked the artists to bring some of the works to be displayed within the vicinity so that the audience can feel and admire their life-long works. We are hoping that they can also share the issues and challenges they face along their creative career and more importantly, how they overcome it.
