The founder of PSPA Singers,Mr. Chin Yoong Kim, was the driving force behind the choir for many decades. Under his stewardship, the PSPA Singers have contributed to many successful and memorable  productions, concerts, theater and musicals.  The maestro has since passed the baton to Ms. Marianne Poh (the current music director) after the  “A Message of Love and Inspiration” concert in 2010.

 

This current group of PSPA Singers is a healthy mix of the very young, the young, and the not-so-young. Coming from all walks of life, disregarding race and religion, the choir members are united by their passion for performing arts. Fueled by this love for singing and creating beautiful sound together, PSPA Singers envisage a future Ipoh to be a City of Performing Arts.
