“Acting UP!” Drama Workshop by Ipoh Mali Theatre Society

Hot on the heels of our first workshop for musical theatre, we are very excited to bring you 'ACTING UP!' - a drama workshop which everybody can enjoy and learn something from.

Be introduced to (or revise!) the fundamentals of acting and performing, learn the right way to warm up, fire up your creativity, and hone your communication and teamwork skills through our exciting selection of theatre games and exercises!

Under the guidance of our passionate and experienced duo of professional show directors/performers: our very own Paul Seow and Raymond Chai, you might just walk away with a huge confidence boost or the inspiration to do something wonderful!

All are welcome regardless of your level or experience. If you are involved in drama, school skits, church Christmas/Easter musicals, choirs, this workshop is designed for you. Learn from the experts, ask the questions you want to ask, learn from others. It's an opportunity not to be missed. No preparation of performance materials is needed this time, just bring yourselves and your enthusiasm.

Admission is RM100.00 per participant. There will be two breaks with light food and refreshments provided. The dress code is smart casual - NO slippers/sandals please! Things WILL get physical!
