International Women's Day - HEELS THAT PURR
March is here and so is International Woman’s Month!
It has been a tradition for SW to dedicate the third month of the year to the female community and this year was even more special as it is the first collaboration between SW and Institut Darul Ridzuan ("IDR").
What is more exciting will be the line-up we have prepared for the audience. Dina Zaman, one of the most popular local female writer, will be our key guests and to be flanked by two local writers, Nor Azian Hashim and Chelvi Murugiah.
Please do take note that we have now shifted our venue to IDR Knowledge Centre and no more in Old Andersonians' Cafe. We have updated the map and address as well but do message us in our page if you need any further assistance and direction to our new location. IDR has very kindly provided the space for the event.
Our volunteer, Yasmin Yusoff, has also inspiringly written a poem in conjunction with the March event and she was instrumental in bringing both SW and IDR together for this collaboration. Hats off to her!
