Sharpened Word - September 2018

In September last year, we have Datuk Lat and Azmi Hussin. For this coming 15th September, SW is again proud to bring you the multi-talented and multi-award winning young cartoonist and illustrator, Sarah Joan Mokhtar to Ipoh. Her immense talents had gained her recognition at the age of 14 and she has not looked back since.

Besides her talk, Sarah has also graciously agreed to conduct a "one-to-one" open session with young and aspiring cartoonist and illustrator where she will review their works and give constructive comments on how the candidate can improve on their works and career path. This is certainly not an opportunity to be missed by those who are currently involved actively in the field and in search of guidance.

So, come and bring your works along and have a fun-filled session with the young, friendly and successful artist.

In conjunction with SAMA SAMA festival, we are going to hold this event at 19, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, as shown in the picture attached. It is located at the same row of Old Town Kopitiam but right at the end. As it is a weekend, parking should not be a problem around the area.
