The PSPA International Ensemble Proudly Presents “Mozart on Silk Road”
PSPA International ensemble is back!
Perak Society of Performing Arts or more popularly known as PSPA is happy to announce that the PSPA International ensemble will be back in Ipoh on the 23rd August 2013 at the ballroom of the Royal Perak Golf Club. The Ensemble will be led by our own Ipoh Born maestro & conductor Mr. Eugene Pook.
The PSPA international Ensemble brings together musicians of different specialisation, ethic mix and culture to perform beautiful music for our local community. It is always a musical feast! This time will be no exception.
The PSPA International Ensemble proudly presents “Mozart on Silk Road” It will be an exciting musical journey not to be missed.
You will not be able to resist this magical mix of East and West.
The melodious sounds of the piano is accompanied by strings which will entice you together with the singing flute, the seductive clarinet layered with the tantalizing eastern sounds from the Dizi, Erhu & Quzheng.
This will be a most enchanting musical array performed by the 11 piece international ensemble to be enjoyed by both young and old. Musicians travel from as far away as Canada, China & Taiwan to join our very own Malaysian talents who come to Malaysia to make up this ensemble.
Join us on Friday 23rd August at the Royal Perak Golf Club Ballroom at 8pm.
There will also be workshops conducted by the musicians for keen music students.
